Genetic Genealogist Offers Contest

Blaine Bettinger is celebrating his one year blog-iversary with a contest. The recipient will receive a free genetic genealogy testing kit. Blaine blogs about all sorts of stories that touch on the theme of DNA testing and genealogy. His blog is a great way for persons interested in genetic testing and how it pertains to genealogy to learn more about the subject. I have to confess that there is a "family story" that makes me want to have my mtDNA tested. It is quite possible that this legend can be proven or disproven by testing because the story concerns my mother's mother's mother's mother's mother.
